Many times when you try saving backup in C drive (including Desktop) it gives you error message as ‘Could not save database backup’. Follow below steps
1. Right click on the folder (if there is no folder created you can create one) where you are trying to save backup and click on ‘Properties’.
2. Go to ‘Security’ tab and click on Edit.
3. Click on ‘Add’ and type ‘Everyone’.
4. Mark the checkbox ‘Allow’ to give ‘Full control’.
5. Click on ‘Apply’ and then ‘OK’.
